Return & Exchange
JEM Security refund orders with a 5% restocking fee when order is returned within 30 days of shipment and a 20% restocking fee between 30-45 days of shipment.
A 4% transaction fee will be charged for orders that were paid with a Credit Card. If the order contains products that have to be specially ordered and we don’t carry in stock, there will be a restocking fee of 30%.
JEM Security does not accept returns for orders past 45 days of shipment. In case of product malfunctioning, products can be replaced under the warranty conditions mentioned in Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions
JEM Security will provide a 1-year warranty from the shipment date of products ordered.
Our warranty will cover full replacement of all units and cover return shipping charges of all products purchases from JEM Security. The procedures are as follows:
Once we receive the package we will confirm the serial number of the product. If this product matches the items ordered we will send replacement accordingly.
