2099-9138 SIMPLEX, PULL STATION S/A ,Weather Proof, Cast Metal.
2099-9138 Simplex, Cast Metal Construction. For applications requiring cast metal construction, these non-coded manual stations provide a variety of models and operations. Single action stations are operated by simply pulling the handle while dual action stations require a “PUSH” of the top lever to allow grabbing of the “PULL” lever.
Note: This Simplex Pull Station does not come with the key. The key must be purchased separately, see here.
Indication and Reset.
When pulled, the alarm condition is mechanically latched and indicated by the extended handle. Reset is performed by simply unlocking and opening the enclosure. The lock is controlled by a Simplex® “B” key, provided with each station.
Break Rods.
Stations are shipped with a replacement break rod that may be used if desired (use is optional). Break rod status is visible from the front of the station. The use of a break rod can be a deterrent to vandalism without interfering with the minimum pull requirements needed for easy activation.
Common mechanical/electrical features:
- Rugged cast metal construction.
- Terminal connections for In/Out Wiring.
- Visible break rod provides status indicator (optional, not required for operation).
- Standard operation station will mount semi-flush on a single gang box, 2 ½” deep.
- Operation is compliant with ADA requirements.
- Listed to UL Standard 38.
